Pastor David L. Powell is the senior Pastor at the Carrollton Baptist Temple. He is also the administrator of the Academy. He and his wife Kathy have 8 children.

Pastor Powell came to CBT in 2001 as the principal of the academy. Following the Lord's guidance  he later accepted the position of senior pastor of the church.

Bro. Nathan R. Snode is the principal of CCCA. He came to CCCA after graduating from Crown College of the Bible in 2005. He also assists with many ministries of the church.

Mrs. Linda L. Stine is the adminstrative assistant for the pastor as well as the principal. She has been the secretary for 6 years.
